For a long time now, I have been dreaming of a blogsite offering fun and creative ways to help you celebrate the liturgical year with your family. Alas, even on the days when I have been able to create something wonderful with my children, our camera always seemed to disappear, or I was not able to get the information and pictures together until long after the feast day had passed.

So what I have decided to do is to browse the web and bring you links to other people's inspirational creativity, compiling all of these great works of art under one roof for everyone to use. And it is the perfect compliment to our ministry website, found HERE.

We are a Catholic homesteading, homeschooling family of 8 (plus one lovingly entrusted to Our Lord), living on Thunder Duck Ranch in Oklahoma. We run Intercessories Family Ministry, our family based ministry, from our home, hoping to spread the enthusiasm for creating the domestic church within Catholic homes across the country, and spreading devotion to Our Lady.

But most importantly - I must help to secure my own family in the faith. And this takes practice! Therefore, this blog is, in part, a journal of the Poppe family as we daily earn the label "practicing Catholics"!
